Shipping & Delivery Policy

E Cube Turfs does not sell or ship any physical goods. What you buy is a booking: a time slot to play at our turf.

How your booking is delivered

• Your booking is confirmed instantly in the E Cube Turfs app once payment succeeds, with a booking code.
• The service is delivered at the turf, on the date and time you booked: show your booking code at the gate.
• Nothing is sent by post or courier, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery time.

If you did not get a booking code

If money was taken but the app does not show "Booking confirmed", contact us with your phone number and the payment time. See Refund & Cancellation for when money is returned automatically.
