Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you book at E Cube Turfs, run by Kailash Suresh Sarda (Shri Salasar Entertainments), through our app.

Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only when the app shows "Booking confirmed" with a booking code.
• Arrive on time; the slot ends at its booked end time.
• Show your booking code at the gate.
• Once paid, a booking cannot be cancelled or refunded (see Refund & Cancellation).

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Turf rules

• No alcohol, smoking or tobacco on the turf.
• No extension of time if the next slot is booked. Please finish on time.
• Follow staff instructions. You are responsible for damage you cause.
• Playing sport carries a risk of injury; play at your own risk.

Changes

We may update prices, timings and these terms. The price shown in the app at the time of payment is the price you pay.
