Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refund once booked

Once a slot is paid for and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and the amount is not refunded. You agree to this, together with the turf rules, before you pay.

Payments that do not complete

If a payment fails or you close the payment screen, no booking is made and your slot is released. If money was debited for a failed payment, your bank returns it automatically, usually within 5–7 working days.

Automatic refunds

We refund the full amount automatically, to the original payment method, within 5–7 working days, when:

• your payment completed after your 10-minute hold ended and someone else had already booked that slot, or
• you were charged twice for the same booking.

Cancelled by the turf

If the turf has to cancel a confirmed booking, you get a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
